DIRECTOR
Melanie brings over 13 years of early years management experience, having successfully led her previous setting to achieve Ofsted Outstanding. With a First Class BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies and qualifications in Business and Management, she specializes in curriculum development, quality improvement, and leadership mentoring. Melanie is passionate about empowering practitioners through continuous professional development and training. Her hands-on approach to compliance and quality assurance ensures the highest standards are maintained across all areas of practice.
PHILIPPA
NURSERY MANAGER
Philippa brings 18 years of early years experience, progressing from Childminder to Management roles. Her First Class BA in Education, combined with extensive experience supporting families in challenging circumstances, gives her genuine understanding of each family's unique needs. Philippa is passionate about inclusion and equality, ensuring every child can access and thrive in their learning environment. Her expertise in family funding and SEND support means she can provide practical guidance to help families navigate early years provision.
BOBBIE
PRACTITIONER
Energetic, kind, and endlessly creative , Bobbie makes learning a joyful adventure for little ones. From sensory play to storytelling, she encourages children to explore the world through imagination and curiosity. Her gentle guidance helps every child develop independence and confidence at their own pace.
RUZINA
PRACTITIONER
Soft-spoken and deeply caring, Ruzina brings calm and compassion into the environment. She focuses on creating secure, positive relationships with children, helping them feel safe, supported, and understood. Her patient approach makes her a favorite among our youngest learners. With a deep passion for early childhood education, Ruzina leads with vision and heart. She ensures that every child's nursery experience is filled with love, curiosity, and discovery. Her focus is on building a nurturing community where children feel valued, confident, and excited to learn every day
